Orders or service requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
Once work has started (design, development, ad campaigns), cancellations may not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for services already delivered or in process. once we will approved the refund , we will credit the amount in customer bank account within 5-7 working days
In certain cases a full or partial refund may be issued after internal verification.
3. Project Delay or Dissatisfaction
If there is a delay in project delivery due to our team, we may offer a partial refund or extra services at no additional cost.
